Purpose: Browser fingerprinting is used solely to identify chatbot widget visitors across sessions, so that conversation history can be continued without visitors having to identify themselves repeatedly. This is part of our customer identity resolution system that supports customer lifecycle tracking (visitor, lead, prospect, customer, repeat customer).

Data collected: Information used for fingerprinting includes browser type, screen resolution, time zone, language, and hardware configuration. We do not collect personal data that can directly identify individuals through fingerprinting.

Legal basis: The use of browser fingerprinting is based on consent in accordance with Article 20 of Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (PDP Law).
